I love it!

I’ve been using 2Do for many years and I love how it evolved and still practical. Although I’ve used many other apps, always came back to it. This app covers simple tasks and complex ones that’s why I use it a simple list for my regular stuff and as a mini project tracking tool for tasks that fall under one project. I highly recommend it
Was One of the Best
1Macman on 1/22/2018
I’ve been using this App for years and it used to be the best Task Management App, but over the past year, not so much. The biggest issue it has, is syncing with the Apple Reminders App and certain third party Calendars. I mean that’s pretty much what it’s designed to do, but it has some bugs doin so. One of the biggest is with repeating to-do’s. With some third party Calendar’s, it changes the due time, for the next occurrence, upon completion. For a while I thought this was an issue with the Reminders App and third part Calendar’s, other Task Management Apps don’t seem to have this issue and that tells me, the problem is with 2Do. Fix this and it would be the best Again.
Great balance of power and simplicity

I’ve tried way too many productivity apps, and keep coming back to 2Do
Been using this app for years
J-in-CO on 1/17/2018
Probably the most used app on my phone..... for many years. Simple to learn and use. No drastic changes with updates. I'm probably not using it to its full potential but it allows me to easily sort work and personal to-do lists.
Good work

I’m a calendar junkie. So I’m very picky. I like lots of color and options without it being too complicated. Almost 5 stars. Give some a background color options. Also I want to buy premium version but screen won’t go down to settings icon. Help
Best app I ever bought!
BenGhalib on 1/11/2018
I first bought this app way back when I had an iPhone 3 or 4. It has always been my favorite app and remains so today. I wish the background was still the original yellow (as in the color of a legal pad) and the animation were still around. Otherwise keep up the great work. Also, can you guys please, please, please bring back the app “Groups” for contacts. I would gladly pay for it all over again. I can’t find any contacts app that does all that “Groups” used to do. I miss the “smart groups” function. No app has that, at least no app has the ability to create a smart group and write it into the native contacts app.
Great app
Jenbenn on 1/9/2018
I’m actually surprised as I switch between GTD apps / task lists all the time this one really ticks a lot of boxes. I use it mainly on Mac. I like the calendar integration and keyboard shortcuts. I wish the syncing was a bit faster, but so far it’s really good
Wonderful App

I love this app. It keeps me organized, up to date, and on time.
So close, but…
DackAttac on 1/5/2018
2Do is not an app that skimps away from powerful features out of fear that they'll be difficult to execute or make the app less intuitive. And yes, this increases the learning curve for even basic use and you'll need to watch a tutorial video or two before feeling properly familiar with the interface. But it still does a very impressive job integrating these functions into a mobile UI, and the slight increase in effort required to get antiquated is worth it for the POWERFUL FEATURES, right? Well, let me try to do something pretty basic with those powerful features: only show me tasks due within the next 2 days that are High Priority. Well, they have things called "Smart Lists", which function like iTunes' Smart Playlists—live updating lists based on criteria of search terms. So, yes, I set the search to "type: hiprio" and add a dynamic Date Filter to tasks due in the next 2 days. Good, right? EXCEPT that date filter doesn't include overdue tasks. One of the most bizarre aspects of 2Do is that when a task remains incomplete after its due date lapses, it doesn't think that task is still a priority. SO, I read some literature, and it is possible to use an "OR" functionality with the date filter by referencing it in the search field. "type: (overdue OR {datefilter}) AND hiprio". That's gotta do it, right? EXCEPT the {datefilter} doesn't work in parentheses. The documentation claims it's a "known issue". Great. SO, I'll make different lists, then. A list that for my window of due-ness (and overdue-ness) and one for priorities. Then make a Smart List for things on both those lists. A little elaborate but I got there, right? EXCEPT there's no functionality for searching different lists, additively or subtractively. Even though there is functionality for list GROUPS. SO, I'll use List Group searching, then. Make Smart Lists for overdue+hiprio and one for {datefilter}+hiprio. EXCEPT that didn't work. No clue why, I've yet to hear back from their tech support; I suspect the group functionality doesn't see the groups' Smart Lists. SO: it doesn't seem to be possible. "High priority tasks due in the next 2 days (including overdue tasks)" is not a view this "very powerful app" is capable of. I have faith they can get there, but maybe in the meantime, a simpler, more straightforward app would serve you better until this one makes its convolutions worth it.
Allows for Task Diversity
NickyGD on 1/3/2018
Since retirement, where I own my time, 2Do is very flexible for the many different task that I do. I wish that I had this app about 60 years ago, when I started working as an adult. I have always had a “to-do list” of some kind. My mother introduced “to-do list” to me in the 1st grade. By far, 2Do is the best that I have ever had.

I can no longer scroll to the bottom of my to do list. I now have to search for the items I want because the scroll won’t let me go down that far. It only lets me scroll down to the next few
Incredible productivity app

This app helps me keep track of all sorts of things. Syncs perfectly across all my devices, and has a great interface. I love all of its many features!
nickforreviews on 12/28/2017
I have been using this app for more than 5 years (back when it had a yellow background) and it never disappoints. It is always among the first 3 apps I install on any new device or after a restore. It can be as basic as you want or as complex- I'm pretty sure i'm only using around 15% of its real capacity, but that's ok as it does everything I need. Reminders and repeating tasks for endlessly customisable periods? Check. Seamless dropbox sync between iOs devices and now Android? Check. I really have nothing but praise for the developer for this solid, fast and dependable app.
Pinnacle of Practicality
…loud on 12/27/2017
Best of many apps tried for helping to organize when life puts too much on the plate. Strengths: Every list-related thing you probably need it to do (watch videos on YouTube). It didn't take long to appreciate how well the many features are menu-ed. Con: The look. Would be cool to have some theme and font options.

Your To-Do List Done in Style
Alan-in-Seattle on 12/21/2017
The latest version of 2Do is a joy to use. What can I say? I think they must have thought of everything. I'm sure there must be ways to improve this scheduling tool, but I'm not sure how. If you're looking for a way to keep your tasks in order and do it in style, look no further – this is the one. I've used earlier versions of this app for at least a couple of years, and I couldn't be happier with it. The most used app on my iPhone.
Great App, but desperately needs a new feature
yottalogical on 12/19/2017
I need to be able to have a view in which I can only see the top most item on a list, and I can’t see anything else until I complete it, delete it, or it becomes no longer part of the list in some way. I would literally pay another $20 for just being able to access this view!
Needs iCloud Drive sync (not Caldav)
precedential on 12/19/2017
This app is absolutely terrific and handles todo lists better than any other app. What’s really missing though is syncing data natively with iCloud Drive. The only perfect sync option is Dropbox, which means you need a Dropbox account and the app on all devices you wish to sync with in order to use the app. And no one should trust Dropbox after their successful hack on macOS. Everyone with an iPhone has iCloud Drive already ready to go, so 2Do should allow syncing its data with iCloud Drive.
New to 2Do
sinpisto on 12/16/2017
I bought the Pro version for my android phone and my Ipads. I am planning a short but loaded European vacation for Christmas 2017 and New Year 2018. The cities to visit include Paris, Rome and London. The organization and project management is huge, especially traveling to places that I don't know well. I can think of some tasks including: Booking Flight tickets and storing flight locators and confirmation numbers, hotel reservations, transportation from airports to hotels, things to do etc. From watching the YouTube videos, I believe that this app can get the job done. I will learn to use the app as I go creating the projects and related group lists. This app seems easy to use and pack with powerful features.
Continuous Improvement Well Worth It!
Ryzim13 on 12/13/2017
I purchased 2Do years ago and had gotten away from using for a while, until recently. It’s UI overhaul is extremely pleasing and I love how easy it is to make all kinds of reminders, simple or very complex ones, and most of all how I can fine tune my focus list when my mind starts getting too cluttered. Simply the best task orientated app I’ve come across! There is also an Apple Watch app that I really enjoy using but I’m hoping they’ll add a complication to be able to quickly access the watch app!
My best task management App
Abdul-Qatar on 12/13/2017
I have been using this cool app for several months now. The only thing I didn’t like about the app is Arabic language support. I hope it will be added soon along with other languages i.e using two languages at the same time. Arabic language is there only if I choose the iPhone language is Arabic. Thanks guys.
Great app

Can’t drag and reorganize tasks
Z...a on 12/5/2017
Sometimes I’d like to organize my tasks in certain ways yet this app does not let you drag and drop tasks that don’t have any dates. It would be a good feature to drag and move around my tasks so I can put them in an order that will make it easier for me to accomplish.
great app!
twr99 on 12/4/2017
2Do is great for helping me manage an overloaded to do list. It would be helpful to have a Return feature, to force it to go to the next line when entering tasks.
great app that keeps getting better
alvint on 12/4/2017
I bought this app as well as the macOS version years ago (around when it first came out), and it was great back then and well worth the money. But the developers weren’t done; they are constantly adding new features. It’s safe to say that this app is their passion—they never stop improving it. And unlike many of the other todo apps out there, the developers don’t do a money grab by creating a separate version every year that you have to pay for all over again (shh! don’t give them ideas!). The times I’ve offered feedback they were responsive and courteous. Great developers. This is the only time I’ve said this, and I don’t say it lightly, but these guys are the benchmark for everything a consumer could want in an app developer. Even if you think the app can be improved in some way, it is impossible not to be happy with this app, its developers, or the effort they put in. As a developer myself, I know how tough it is to execute an app well, and they have. If you’re in the market for a todo app, just buy it. I know there’s a billion todo apps out there, and I’ve tried many of them (and written a couple myself), but get this one. Trust me on this. If the developers read this, pat yourselves on the back. Well done. But I do have one suggestion that would improve the app for how I use it: I exclusively use combinations of tags (instead of folders) to organize my tasks. It would be nice if there were an option where, if you are in a smart list and create a new task, the app could automatically create tags (and maybe other properties) to make the new task qualify for the list you’re in. For example, if you’re in a smart list "tags: work AND enhancement” and create a new task, it would be nice if the app could automatically add the “work” and “enhancement” tags to the new task so you don’t have to. Things would get a bit more nebulous if there is OR logic in the smart list. In that case maybe just add the first tag listed in the sequence of ORs (that’s what the todo app I wrote does). For example, in the list "tags: work AND (enhancement OR bug)”, creating a new task could automatically add the “work” and “enhancement” tags. You always read reviews of other software where users are unhappy, and they say they’d give the app zero stars if they could. Well, I’d give this app SIX stars if I could.
sending to iphone store for lic replacement is too much outsourcing if customer service
sad-pro-user on 12/4/2017
I would love this app but after being robbed of iphone having pro version installed from same acct as still active on my ipad, i cant easily reinstall on the new iphone unless the new phone is the same itunes id from the previous time purchasing. sorry but thats b.s. to send me to itunes customer service! Either i am the 2do app company customer or not. They took my money to buy pro version of app, but have no customer service for what should be a simple task. Sending me to an iphone store for app lic replacement is too much outsourcing of customer service!

Great App - Best To Do manager

I originally discovered this from one of CGPGrey's podcasts where he was talking about to do managers. I love everything about it except 1 - it needs a darkmode. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a to do manager.
Need update
Saad Hagras on 11/29/2017
Update: The App is excellent but need to up the game with the smart watches. So need a decent complication for your app for accessibility. And also adding time frames for the tasks will make it more efficient.
Not accessible with voiceover!

This app is not usable with the voiceover screen reader in iOS. I’ve tried reaching out to the developers, but have not received a reply.
Squash Those Bugs on 11/26/2017
Tomorrow’s tasks listed under Today. Unsortable tasks under a project. Rendering issues in the widget. List settings not syncing between phone and Mac. Lists not ordering consistently between phone and Mac. (Those last two are in the paid—paid!—version.) This app is disappointingly buggy, especially since it has such potential to be a five-star app.
Would like a refund

Brad Curran on 11/19/2017
I’ve tried so many todo apps. Nothing is as good as this. I work in tech and generally keep track of a lot of different things, each with it’s own priority. Using 2Do helps me unload all of this and keeps me sane. Each day I look at just the stuff I have to do and I don’t get overwhelmed like I used to. Somehow I get more done with less stress. I purchased the Mac app and the iOS app the day I trialled it. It’s expensive as far as apps go but the return on the investment is priceless.
Not quite
logic_error on 11/18/2017
There are things about this app (the UI, the fact that it doesn't fob yet another sync service on you, the option for a GTDish approach) that I love. But it's got a lot of little problems. Its solution for synchronizing changes to data between iOS devices is very clever and cool; yet it has bugs where it very often fails, and this mechanism doesn't apply to the macOS version of the app. There are extremely annoying polish issues, too. For example, the iOS Notification Center widget refreshes itself practically every time Notification Center is opened (this causes all subsequent widgets to shift around, and I haven't seen other apps do this). Also, filtering vs searching vs tag selection can get very complicated. These issues have been around for years, and never seem to be addressed. It's almost a great app, but not quite.
Irritated with sync
SCBrewing on 11/14/2017
Had used 2do for years and then I stopped using it when the action feature stopped linking to iMessage. I recently restarted using 2do when I was told this feature had been repaired. I was excited to see a sync that would link 2do on my iPhone with my iPad thru Dropbox (would prefer this to be an iCloud feature). Then last night when I opened my iPad version of 2do it says “sync is a pro feature, consider an upgrade.” 2do cost me $7 at the time I bought it. I believe Sync should be a standard feature just like power windows on a car. Especially when it is not a free app. If this feature could be fixed I would gladly give the app another star. Also if the option to send a message to more than one recipient, along with a precomposed message was added, I would happily give it another star.
Great job

Good work by Beehive Innovation. Let me bring up the issue with your other apps. You'd some beautiful Qur'an apps, including the iQuran HD. However, those apps have not been updated since long. IQuran HD was last updated in 2012. Your website is also not working. What's happening? Could you kindly update the Quran apps? Thank you.

I loved 2do but it's not getting any better and I feel it's getting less intuitive and easy to use and the aesthetic changes are unwanted. Fix the dang icon too please as it's almost invisible on the bottom bar. Edit: still don’t love GUI but best todo app out there.
Best. To-do. App. PERIOD.
music and movies, oh my on 11/6/2017
I have, in sequence, bought and tried out two dozen to do apps for my iPad. After disqualifying several for being obviously insufficiently robust, I have gone deep into eight or nine of them - converting all my to dos into each one's style, tried 'em out for a couple weeks, and seen their pluses and minuses. I am done now. 2do is intuitive, quick, comprehensive, and intuitive. If you are the type to enter a pile of info for each task, this is your app. If you are the type to get the basics in and move on, this is your app. It is customizable, works with groups of people, good for managers and employees, and even nice to look at. The updates come regularly, with good improvements. I am sold. Anyone on the 2Do development team who finds themselves in downtown SF, look me up. I will buy you a drink.
Great app!

All my lists literally disappeared before my eyes. I'm in shock. _All I did was open the spp and they faded away. I momentarily saw them again when I reopened the app. They're now wandering who knows where. There's a bug somewhere. I'm using an iPhone 6, iOS 11.0.3 , Before tonight this was a 5-star app: until the lists are retrieved it's a non-functional app.
Hands down my most valuable app

I love 2Do. It has been my go-to app for a couple of years now, and I recommend it frequently. But this last month or two, my email has not been capturing in my 2Do inbox. I LOVE this feature and to not have it work is heartbreaking. In truth, it was the feature that made 2Do incomparable IMO. Please, please fix this!

I keep coming back to this app, and have for years. It’s easy to use. But, I really wish they’d allow for a web interface or a Windows app like their Mac desktop app. I use Mac at home but I want to use 2do for work, which forces me to use Windows. I’m afraid I have to find another solution, because I can’t keep checking my phone every time I need to make/check/complete a task. PLEASE port this to the web!
Very helpful.

Use it all the time, by far the most flexible and versatile to do list app, while still maintaining the simplicity of interface in other less powerful apps
I’ve Been With 2Do For 5 Years Now!
JoelStephens on 10/14/2017
I’ve been a 2Do User for 5 Years now. I try others and still come back to it, even if it means reinstalling it. The ability to have Projects (a group of Apple Reminders under one name, within a particular Apple Reminder List) is something not even Apple’s Reminders app allows for. Now, if you have looked at other companies, apps like Things and Wunderlist, do allow for groups and projects, but I love that with 2Do, they are Apple Reminders. That means you can talk to Siri, “Add {to-do} to {List Name} Reminder List”. My only gripe (still giving 5 stars!) is that the Apple CalDav could do a better job of updating in the background for me, to always be in sync. Sometimes, I am waiting for a 2Do Reminder, but because the app wasn’t opened, it didn’t sync properly. If I am missing something to help the sync work in real time/push, please let me know. Also - can we get a 2Do Apple Watch Complication that just gives me some options of displaying All Today’s To-Dos: (1) show all due/overdue reminders (like Fantastical when it only displays Reminders and not Calendar Events) AND (2) the option to just show ONE reminder list (like OneList App). If you added the Complication, with these two options, AND Apple Watch Series 3 LTE support, you would blow all the to-do apps out of the water. Beyond that, keep up the great work! Here is to 5 more years of 2Do Reminders!
