Wonderful application
TaylorPlayer on 4/21/2018
I have come back to 2Do after using OmniFocus and Things 3. Both of those are also outstanding apps and I have nothing bad to say about either of them. I just find that 2Do suits me best. It has such a great UI and so many features that I can customize to my liking that it just works best for me.
Powerful, complex task manger; support?
jd2020 on 4/21/2018
2Do works well. Coming from several apps a few years ago, most recently Things. What I miss is the clean simplicity of Things. 2Do has so many features, and most are there in your face whether you use them or not. They end up being a distraction. That said, 2Do works well. I’ve never experienced any bugs—until now: the widget no longer works. But the app is very reliable. And it’s very flexible. 2Do doesn’t charge separately for iPhone and iPad app, like another to do list. That’s refreshing. Today Widget has been broken for months: “unable to load.” 2Do developer doesn’t seem responsive. Developer is silent on Twitter and very limed contact options. This is pushing me to leave for another app.
Greatest task app ever!
whitram on 4/20/2018
I have been an avid user of various task apps for many years. I was a huge fan of Astrid until yahoo bought and it went away. For years I was searching for another app that I liked as much is Astrid, and I finally found 2do. It is honestly my favorite app of all time. It is so powerful in its functionality and yet so intuitive, and the design is pleasing as well. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Been a long time power user
Mcphonehello on 4/16/2018
I've used this app for years and have been sticking with it because the developer had really tailored this app to the user. I've contacted the developer and gotten great response and feedback had been Incorporated (also assuming they are usually others requesting similar updates!). I'm using about 70% of the features and it keeps both my work and personal life matters in order! Sure, you have to spend some time getting use to this app like any other app. But once you do, you'll give it indispensable. I have my list synced across iPhone and iPad via iCloud and the sync had been perfect. I use iCloud because I can use Siri to dictate items to add to my list. Highly recommended, especially for power users.
Almost perfect
Chic_Chef on 4/16/2018
I am one of those people who have tried every to do app in the store. This is the closest to being perfect in my opinion. I don’t need crazy features - just something easy to use and that actually works. My only complaint is that I can’t customize the auto-snooze by task. I like setting a default - to remind me of I completed tasks every day, but some tasks are so important I want them in my face within the same day. If they add this feature, I would bump to 5 stars.
Just great.
rrroundabout on 4/16/2018
Simple yet powerful. Love it.
Primary app
Ajooba1982 on 4/13/2018
This is my primary app, keeps my organized. However it’s getting stale. No drag and drop feature and no easy way to set up individual task recurring at specific intervals. Hopefully updates come. I paid full price I think it was $15. Totally worth the money.
Best task manager out there, plays well with Fantastical
soylentqueen on 4/12/2018
I'll keep this short: I'm a productivity app nerd. I've used Things, OmniFocus, The Hit List, Wunderlist, Any.do, Todoist, Google Tasks, and more. 2Do is the only app I've stuck with. It's unbelievably easy to use, and somehow manages to capture the richness of other apps' projects/tags/subtasks without the organizational overhead required to input and manage tasks. The ability to sync bidirectionally with Reminders is crucial. (Things, for instance, can only pull one-way from one Reminders list, and importing the task into Things deletes it from Reminders.) Syncing means that I can use Fantastical to view and check off all my todos alongside my calendar for each day. Changes in one app are reflected seamlessly in the other. Props to the solo dev for an amazing application. There are many todo offerings out there, but this one has been mine for years, and will continue to be.
Major Flaw
EP Lawyer on 4/12/2018
This could be the best To Do app. It just lacks one critical feature: I need to be able to edit the completion date for a task. WATCH OUT: UNLESS YOU ARE PERFECT AT MARKING TASKS COMPLETED WHEN YOU ACTUALLY COMPLETE THEM THIS APP WILL NOT SERVE AS AN ACCURATE RECORD OF WHEN TASKS WERE COMPLETED AND HOW LONG IT TOOK BEFORE A TASK WAS COMPLETED.
Excellent App
Estel2357 on 4/7/2018
Very good to-do app!
Tried em all
NYAverageJoe16 on 4/7/2018
So I have tried just about all of the todo list apps in the store. This does seem to be the most versatile although I cannot connect to my office365 employers email account which is the reason for the loss of the star. One place for everything is gold. Almost there.
Great flexible function
Rocketlion on 4/3/2018
So many intuitive functions that it makes creation of todo tasks easy and practical. Glad I found it and hope it stays around for a long time!
Projects hide tasks. Unusable until fixed.
Abyko3313 on 4/3/2018
I was very excited about this app until realizing it won’t show the tasks you assign to a project until the project is clicked, opening the tasks separately from the rest of your to-dos. When I look at the “today” view, or any list of to-dos, I need the option to use an arrow (a disclosure arrow, for the developers) to reveal the tasks assigned to a project, showing them as indented list items under that project name. Unfortunately, while this is offered for the Mac version of 2Do, it is not available for iPad. I can’t understand why, given that it was part of the previous software and an essential piece to task organization. I was so certain it must exist on iPad, that I spent over 6 hours trying to figure out how to do achieve this, only to find nothing indicating it as even possible. This makes the app entirely useless for my purposes. Visually, indentation on project tasks is a must, and I need to be able to see the tasks assigned to a project from within any list. As it is currently, I am forced to open the project to even see the tasks I’ve associated with it, which makes it unusable because I choose and organize my day by reviewing all of my to-dos at once. I’m frankly very displeased to find this app lacks such a basic function - especially given that the function exists in the nearly-identical MacBook version. I’ve spent 60+ hours searching for a to-do app that fits my needs, and this one was so close...but it lacks my most-essential feature. Will this be resolved anytime soon? Am I potentially missing something?? I can’t believe such a complex app would force projects into folders like this...
Easy to use powerful life manager
mkeok on 4/3/2018
This is a robust app that is designed to work to the user's strengths. Simple enough to be a basic todo app but deep enough to organize and manage even the most complicated projects or area's of your life. Highly recommend this app
My best list app
I got this again on 4/2/2018
I have well over 200 apps. Probably 15 list/to apps Haven't found a perfect one yet. This is as close as I get. Pros: Syncs across my devices Very complete Ability to organize in different filters Con: somewhat complex due to all the things it can do. I recommend this app as an app to organize tasks. But be willing to take the time to learn how to use the app What I would like to see in the next revision is to add more depth to the subtasks. I.e. the ability to add subtasks to a subtasks - increase the depth in an outline type. Strongly recommended
Highly Recommend
Sherlock17171717171717 on 4/1/2018
This is the best project management app I've found for iOS. Give it a try - you will not be disappointed. Better than omnifocus and it’s not even close!
Ruined yet again
mahjr on 4/1/2018
Alerts WERE working normally until this recent update. Now alerts are STILL coming up even after completing them. D E L E T E D . . .
Favorite app
TheReflex65 on 4/1/2018
I don’t know what I would do without this app. It allows you to make to do items that are either individual, part of a list, or part of a project. You can prioritize by date, importance, or both. There are also multiple categories that you can group tasks into, including ones you designate yourself. Multiple ways to back it up, including Dropbox. It can also be synced across your devices. I don’t use it that way, though. The 2Do on my phone is for errands and shopping, and the one on my iPad has projects. Very easy to use. I have been using this app for years and it’s always met my needs.
Long time bug not fixed
OSUduck on 3/31/2018
Thankfully I haven't had crashing on my iphone but they still haven't fixed bug even though there have been several updates and I've sent two bug reports. I sync with Toodledo and when a task that has been starred has the star removed on the Toodledo web site or in another app the star is not removed in 2Do. Edit- It’s been a year since my review and I’m sorry to report the bug is still present. I did receive an email from the developer who acknowledged the bug but they haven’t found a fix as they don’t know why the star status isn’t synced. Still deserve only 3 stars.
Powerful Task Manager with just 1 missing feature
Randombobarc on 3/31/2018
I had bounced around from to-do app to to-do app, tried a lot of the big names in this category, and was never impressed. Usability is key and being able to QUICKLY add, sort, & organize tasks is primary if you’re going to use one of these apps at all; so interface becomes key. This is a very powerful program that can be customized very well to your needs. I use maybe 70% of the features, there’s some things that aren’t necessary in MY workflow but I could see the potential in them. This makes it even better from the usability standpoint — the app is already very streamlined and elegant, but if you want to fiddle with settings and setup, you can make it even quicker to enter and manage your tasks. The single missing feature for me is the ability to share task lists with someone else. I run a business and I would love to have the ability to share one or a couple of my task lists out so I can Manage their actions and activities as well with less frictional loss.
Desktop class app!
iikeek on 3/31/2018
Does everyting and more. Sync is sometime laggy but you can do everyting on thr app.
Best 2do app
ulisezzz on 3/29/2018
It's the only app that gives me the freedom to treat tasks the way I want to. Needles to say I been using it for years and planning on keep on using it. L
When did syncing become a pro feature?

Nonsense.
Arabic support !!

I hope you support Arabic
Best GTD app in the app store
shawsome.brian on 3/28/2018
By far, the best task management in the App Store. The Mac version is fantastic as well. Handily crushes OmniFocus, Things, Wunderlist, and all the others I've used.
Finally found the one
Mʀ.AMiNE on 3/25/2018
I have been looking for the right todo app that fit with my needs, and I have tried many apps, Until I found the right one 2Do 😘 It has all the features that I need to boost my productivity at work and never forget a thing again. Thank you devs for your amazing app 👍, keep up the great work, Peace ✌🏻 Request: can you make a 'Mark as complete' from the lock screen ?!
Huge distraction
Viiv on 3/25/2018
The last thing I want, when I open the app to quickly enter a task, is to have to deal with a screen trying to force me to update the app. Even when I do update, it happens all over again a week or two later. It’s too bad. These forced-update distractions have caused me to look elsewhere.
Last Update Is a bit difficult
1Pink Rose on 3/24/2018
The last update changed the functionality of the app I have had this app for many years and never had a problem understanding and easily using the app even from the very beginning it was always a User Friendly app now I need instructions the app no longer works or looks like the details in the App Store I feel lost 😰
Been using for years, and keeps getting better
Nick__Brandt on 3/24/2018
A quick simple review: Been using for years, and keeps getting better.
Best!!!!
Bronx,NY on 3/23/2018
I counted all the to-do and schedule and reminder type apps I have downloaded and deleted. No kidding there are about 50. Either too complicated or too simple. This is the one I can't do without. I use it every day multiple times a day.
دعم اللغة العربية
السماعيل on 3/22/2018
التطبيق كان يدعم واجهة اللغة العربية ، لماذا تم حذف اللغة العربية التطبيق ؟ The application supports the Arabic interface, why the Arabic language application was deleted؟؟
Wow.
iFirstLast on 3/22/2018
I don't like to exaggerate, but 2Do is a wow app. Been using it for years. From the many ways to organize projects, to the seamless zooms & searches, the functionality is so great. I rely on it for a lot, every day. // For the developers - the one major feature I still need is multiple sort functionality ... i.e. sort first by due date and then title; or other variations.
2DO app
Big Baller 2014 on 3/16/2018
This is a must have app! Helps me stay on top of all my tasks!
Best 2Do app for a student
cheese lover! on 3/15/2018
Keeping organized due-dates for my classes has halted unnecessary stress in my life of whether there is an assignment to do today. I can get an outlook of my assignments as well as create projects for larger assignments like term papers. Marking items with stars for every milestone like all the assignments due before spring break has motivated me to do more homework than I’d otherwise do. Thank You 2Do team!
Good app, careless bug
Phberg on 3/14/2018
How about making sure the reminders adjust for daylight savings adjustment??!!
Love but needs some tweaks
Shut tf up on 3/13/2018
I really loved this app, but it seems within the last month or so, I’ve noticed some things that have really bothered me. The badge app for the icon will show me the wrong number for tasks scheduled that day. Also in the ‘tomorrow’ section, it will have things that are scheduled two days from then. I really wish I had the patience to wait for an update to fix this, but I’m probably just going to switch to another app.
The Best Task Manager I’ve Found
Philip Caines on 3/13/2018
I have tried more than a dozen task managers. For me, 2Do is by far the best. If you want a app that will allow you follow the GTD method with your own variations, 2Do is the perfect app. Because it is so customizable, it is not as simple as some other apps. But, it has so many options, it allows you to manage your lists the way that works best for you.
Best organizer I’ve tried!
Totorodo on 3/11/2018
Been using 2Do for 3 years now and it is the easiest reminder app I’ve found. A joy to use and the integration with iOS is just great! Love it :)
Buggy & poor support
Inc2667 on 3/11/2018
I really wanted to like this app but at the end of the day I gave up. Location based tasks don’t work. Tomorrow items constantly show up in today (apparently this is intentional but no way to turn it off if you like to allot a duration to your tasks). Emailed support. Got a response saying 24 hours average turnaround...two weeks ago.
Was good but things show up on wrong days
riffraf on 3/11/2018
Suddenly all my 2dos are showing up a day early. Tomorrow shows up as due today. Tuesday’s show up as due Monday. Causing confusion. Please fix
Good, but I need it to synch to my iPhone Calendar.
naps for life on 3/4/2018
Not sure if I’m missing something, but I would like my “to do” list to sync to my calendar and vise versa. I enter in all of my appointments to my calendar and have to re-enter it in my tasks. If anyone knows if that’s a feature already, I would like to use it. Besides that, the app is pretty good. Keeps things simple yet organized.
Look no further!
Lolan7 on 3/4/2018
I’ve been using Pro for a long time now & I want you to know: - tremendously flexible to one’s needs - rare updates but when there are I’m always pleased (as opposed to most app updates which annoy me and make me suspicious of them) - fabulous backup function - I RARELY write an app review (it’s not worth my time) but these developers deserve high kudos for this app and I’m trying to do you a favor!
Best task management period.
A.Yo on 3/3/2018
I been a user for a few years now and it’s hands down with best to do app. I even purchased the email option which was worth the $$$
Great App
BusyMind.net on 3/2/2018
Solid, with tons of features. Wish there was a way to run team/group lists, but a really great job!
pretty outstanding
clontarfminded on 2/26/2018
i've tried all of the todo apps/systems/philosophies and 2do has really blown me away. the desktop version is included in setapp which is great. you can tell they really focus on usability without sacrificing complex features if you really want to dig deep. at first i was overwhelmed by everything i could do and didn't really immediately grasp this app. there is a learning curve, though it is gentle. a lesser app would not have a learning curve and wouldn't achieve the beautiful efficiency of 2do.
Great reminder app
D1amante on 2/23/2018
This is the best reminder app I've used. It is very worth the cost.
Be prepared to pay several times for “pro” features
Nick McMillen on 2/18/2018
The 2Do team explains that in order to access “pro” features on both Android an iOS you must purchase the unlock twice. Their reasoning is valid - Google and Apple will never work together to create any sort of handshake to make it easy for cross-platform “unlocking”....this however hasn’t stopped 99% of the other developers on the app stores from creating a more simple and intuitive way of unlocking pro features “across the board” (over multiple platforms) — like an app-specific login. The fact that I had to pay $20+ to unlock the same set of features twice for my iPad and Android phone is an absolute joke and a round-about scam.
Great app.
