Widget is still not working :( I tried reinstalling the app and nothing :/
Added popups

Polluted the app with ads to buy addons.... lame!
Tried so many to do apps. Love this one
capedape on 7/17/2018
This app took almost zero figuring out, has such a intuitive and thoughtful interface. Also, great that it has advanced things like URL schemes Wish I would have got this long before Things app and all the other to do apps I tried. One thing I’d like to see added is Ifttt support. Thanks!
Perfection
Mhollin on 7/17/2018
I've used this app since the very beginning and have watched it grow and evolve to what it is now. An extremely powerful and intuitive task manager. With so much to balance day to day this handles it all. The last feature I've been waiting on was Siri integration and now it's here! So it's now perfect for me. Keep up the great work!
Widget doesn’t work

Intuitive, amazing design
MovieAddicts on 7/16/2018
This is by far the best task management app. I couldn't live without it! The developers continue to support this amazing application by releasing updates for FREE. Love it!! Update: it keeps getting even better!! Wow!!
Great app with lots of customizable features and settings
jPhone6# on 7/15/2018
Great task manager for the power user. It allows all sorts of customizable lists, projects, start/stop dates/times, etc. I’d like to see a revamp for a more modern interface. 🙏
Hey Siri does not work!
JimO-PDX on 7/15/2018
First 10 times Siri worked once. I used the exact words in 2do help. Even that one did not transfer to the app. I really like this app but moved to Drafts because the watch complication works so well. I want to move back but it's taking to long to get this action correct.
If only there was a Windows client
horsemenl on 7/15/2018
I really wanted this to be my to do app. The features are great and I bought it for iOS and on my MacBook pro. Unfortunately I have no way of using 2do on my windows PC and I don't want to have to pull my phone out every time I want to look at or edit my to do list. I was holding out hope, but the 2do team has abandoned any plans for a Windows client. I have moved on to ticktick even though I hate paying a subscription for it. If 2do ever does make a Windows client I will be back in the blink of an eye.
Dark mode needed

I have spent so much money on OmniFocus I wish I knew about this one sooner much more effective UI for my handling. I hope future Updates keep coming and I wonder if its possible to create a sub category?
Fantastic
Waldo1776 on 7/9/2018
I've tried a lot of todo apps, and 2Do is by far the best. I love the distinction between start dates and due days. It fits with how I prioritize tasks.
I love this app
Shannon6571 on 7/8/2018
I love this app. I use it daily. The style and organization surpasses any other I have seen (and I've tried many). This app helps keep my brain and my life organized in a way that no other system I have tried has been able to do. Highly recommend.
Powerful,elegant and save time
lune7ss on 7/3/2018
So much headache is being evolved Thanks to this perfect free app:) If you want to remember the important thing in life, and letting the rest being done by this app you should use IT Right F*#£ Now. It takes a bit of time to getting used to the app and managing your schedule. But it worth it.. I'm not Joking. I think It's a rare software that don't need any change to it. And that is why im writing this review, 2 years after i download it
Best To Do App
MDG-Gr8App on 7/2/2018
I tried a lot of to do apps. This is by far the best.
Simple, yet flexible and powerful

I use this for a GTD workflow but I think you could keep things organized any way that works for you. Recommended.
The BEST, period
Drumfly on 6/28/2018
This is still the very best by far!!! (I again tried many popular apps, and I always waste my time doing that, then I come back to 2Do). I was in charge of task list design, development, and maintenance for a major corporation, and have tried over 50 apps (probably more) over many years on many different devices, nothing compares. It truly is as complex (eg extremely customizable), or as easy (eg a simple list) as you want! True flexibility of use. The relational database of items has many useful fields, independent sorts for each project or checklist, sort tabs, start and due dates with durations, text size can be changed, project groupings, entire groups of items (eg some or all in a list) can be selected and edited (eg change all priority, tag, etc.), custom sorts for each project or checklist, syncing across devices (I use Dropbox seamlessly on 3 devices plus a Mac), tags, backups (even an option to backup to email for safe and secure history), ... on and on... amazing. I use it at least an hour per day (actually much more, but that is kind of embarrassing) with thousands of records from many years of writing notes, lists, and todos. Well worth the few bucks... Give it a try, but give it time, it will indeed grow on you as you discover all the details and customizations to adjust to your workflow... They really thought this one out in every respect! (Oh, and I just read a few negative remarks in reviews that don’t make sense at all; for example, in one of several incorrect reviews, someone complained about not being able to manually reorder list items... really? It can totally do that! In fact items in each project or checklist can be reordered in many automatic ways, plus manual, and can go back and forth between many different sorts, and the manual sort remains intact. I wish people that write negative reviews would really at least take minimal effort to try to understand things a little bit first.)
Every detail is there
Dreaming Teacher on 6/24/2018
Beware complexity: It took a day to get used to all of the features, long press vs short press. Like: pay once, no subscription model baloney; all features available for trial; clean views (if you set them up right). Annoying: cannot drag tasks into projects? (but can into lists) Wish: web interface, even if it were an extra pay-for feature. I guess I can sync with Toodledo if it's that important.
Good app but now froze
Karî on 6/20/2018
Used this over a year and it’s been great. However, since yesterday, when I open app, it displays Tag on top and won’t open or go back to home/ lists.
Syncing problems
Kylm22 on 6/19/2018
I like this app but I paid for the upgrade to be able to sync between my iPhone and fire tablet and the fire tablet won’t sync. It synced during 14 day trial but does not recognize that I have a paid pro account. My iPhone says I’m pro. Please help if you can, otherwise I’d like my money back as I have nothing to sync with.
Keep Coming Back To This App!!

Simplified my life!
Perfect To-do list app for my personal life
Fluffmastr on 6/17/2018
I love the ability to have different lists and the GTD system with its “inbox” feature for sorting is such a convenience.
Fantastic! The one app I cannot do without
Mra-On0phone on 6/15/2018
I am a project manager by trade so easy and thorough organization of tasks is critical for me. I have tried many other apps but this is hands down the best. There are so many features-some that I don’t use yet-but the flexibility of the app, easy organization of lists, multiple reminders, powerful search and filter, sync, backup, and much more makes this a must have. It also supports Apple Watch which makes snoozing or completing tasks a snap right on your watch. I have the Pro version and it is well worth it. I use this so many times a day-it has totally made my life easier to manage and saves so me much time. Keep up the great innovation. Looking forward to see what is coming next for 2Do.
2Do is Perfect for Mac Server
bb-mobile on 6/15/2018
2Do is powerful and easy to use, with an excellent look and feel. 2Do works amazingly well with the CalDAV server that comes with the Mac Server app. It might work well with other "open source" CalDAV servers, but I have not used any others. If you prefer to keep your personal data private by avoiding the providers of "free services", I totally recommend using your own CalDAV server and using the Pro feature of 2Do, which is a 1-time payment.
Support has mostly come through
eaglecitizen on 6/15/2018
I’ve emailed back and forth with support to resolve all issues but one that is probably a setting error but we’re not sure what is wrong.
Best task manger - 1 Step From Perfect
Alex - El on 6/14/2018
This app is beautiful and functional. I absolutely love this app for my complicated task management needs. I’ve basically put all of my tasks, goals, plans, and life into it and the results are stunning. Everything can be organized and viewed with minimum gestures or fuss. The only thing I really want to be added is a dark mode. It’s one of the very few productivity apps that I will use despite not having a dark mode just because it’s so good but that would make it perfect.
Fantastic
iDrive55 on 6/13/2018
The best 2 do app I have found. I use it every day. Support is excellent (prompt and very helpful). 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Consistently the best for me (and probably you!)
FaoiSiochain on 6/9/2018
Task lists are individual, and not every one needs or wants the same thing. My favorite part of 2Do is how customizable this app is. Want to just work with a single simple task list? Slide the sidebar off the screen. Need complex smart lists and tagging to obsessively manage every aspect of your life? Easily done. Pinch to adjust how much info you see about each item on the fly without needing to dive into settings (though there are a ton of those available too!). The feature set is incredible. But even more impressive is the UI, which makes it quick and easy to access all of that functionality in a discoverable, coherent, and efficient way. Every time I’ve wanted to do something better with my task lists, or in a new way, 2Do has offered me the chance to do what I need. One of the best apps I have ever used on any platform.
Best app in the store
Sid_M on 6/2/2018
Best task manager you can possibly buy
This ToDo list is packed with options
iToNeG on 5/31/2018
People love options and choices but it seems this application has a little too much. To me it’s just so much going on with icons all over. There comes to a point where too many options is too much. For now it seems to be taking me longer to use the application because of all that is going on on the screens. I would love to see a UI rewrite to clean things up a bit.
Good but needs some work
hoorayberet00 on 5/31/2018
I would use the app more if it were able to be on my Watch face. Also, it doesn’t seem to be fully optimized for the new SiriKit. (Example: Look at how much power you can wield with Moleskine’s Actions app.) It looks like the pricing model may have changed and I really hope I’m wrong because I have already paid for the features recently and I don’t want to have to pay for them again. So some clarity or a reminder about how this is handled would be great. For quick, discreet entries, I wish that I could could use Apple’s Scribble feature that could be intelligently translated to a new task with a due date and/or reminder that’s set automatically. As it stands now, I find the Quick Add feature a little confusing to setup. What would be ideal is for me to always be prompted to set a new deadline with unique reminder(s). But adding tasks needs to be simpler. I love that the app can nag you. It’s similar to Due in the way it will nag you. But it’s another feature that could be simpler to get setup with. As for 2Do on Apple Watch, the watchOS app appears to not have support for complications on Watch faces. If I’m wrong, can you let me know which Faces your app supports 2Do complications?
You will not find a better more complete To-Do app
abrandeis on 5/30/2018
This app is hands down the best To-Do / GTD / Lists app in the app store. It just works. And it works well.
Overbuilt
drjwr on 5/30/2018
Too multi-stepped and overbuilt for most every day use: try to schedule an event for a particular time; or try to change the time for an event; to take two simple examples. It’s laborious. You could do the task in the time it takes you to schedule the task. You can make a simple list by just scheduling a day, and find that list by hitting that day on the watch app. It’s just more complicated than it needs to be, unless you have a real OC personality.
Notifications not working properly
Z...a on 5/27/2018
If I get a notification for a task and have completed that task, Notification Center allows me to mark the task as complete. If I mark it as complete it does not sync back into the app and I continue to revive nag alerts about that notification I have completed. This is also the case for the Apple Watch when I mark tasks as completed. It does not sync into the app itself. Needs to be fixed.
Needs custom nag alerts by task!
Chic_Chef on 5/25/2018
I am one of those people who have tried every to do app in the store. This is the closest to being perfect in my opinion. I don’t need crazy features - just something easy to use and that actually works. My only complaint is that I can’t customize the auto-snooze by task. I like setting a default - to remind me of I completed tasks every day, but some tasks are so important I want them in my face within the same day. If they add this feature, I would bump to 5 stars.
Solid app
pmoney0005 on 5/22/2018
Would like to see better calendar integration in terms of the visual aspect. The today widget is ok however it would be a game changer to have a full month view in the today widget that includes calendar events. Thank me later salaam
Best in Show
Winterset on 5/19/2018
Best in Simplicity: I didn’t even need to use any tutorials or read the instructions. It’s super intuitive. Best in Ease of Use: the Quick Task even lets me switch between groups to add the next task. Best in Features: even without the pro features this app has everything I need from a task app. Best in User Friendliness: even though I certainly will be buying the upgrade, it’s good to know the understand that people don’t need to be annoyed into buying something; when it’s good enough, we’ll buy it. Best in Show: my only problem is that I can’t figure out how to get the upgrade before the trial ends. Which, of course, is because I haven’t read any instructions yet! Well done, folks. You got me to be glad to write a review for the first time.
Best App that has ever happened to me.
Desiknow on 5/14/2018
I couldn't get by without this app. I have tried them all along with the price tag that comes with it. Do yourself self a favor - save time and money by cutting to the chase and getting the best GTD / Task Manager around. 2Do.

You must have this app.
"(Stumps)" on 5/8/2018
I have used 2Do for 2 years now and this app is great. It has everything that you would want for an app to organize what you need to get done. It sinks up with all of my devices seamlessly being an iPad, MacBook, and Apple Watch. This app has helped me get thought school and I love it and will continue to use it every day.
Still the best 2Do app

I’ve tried them all. This is the best task manager I have ever used. The only thin close was my Franklin-Covey!
The app I’ve been looking for!
southern ga 2012 on 4/27/2018
I have downloaded so many utility/lifestyle apps in search for one that has what 2Do has. This app is very intuitive yet simple but with plenty of customization settings. Reminders, calendars, lists, 2-Do’s are all combined to manage time and productivity in the best way, at least that’s my opinion.

Great GTD App AND NO SUBSCRIPTION
v from midlo on 4/23/2018
I want to say THANK YOU for a great app. Bought it years ago and still use it on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro and Apple Watch. More powerful than I need most of the time but more power user functions are there if I need them. MOST IMPORTANTLY THANK YOU FOR NOT GOING THE SUBSCRIPTION ROUTE. Evernote started the WORST trend in apps with subscriptions. Evernote provides storage so I get it but sooooo many apps don’t provide storage but charge what is a service fee for something that is not a service but a piece of software. Thank you so much to this developer for selling me software. I would be glad to purchase an update please just avoid subscription model pricing.
Wonderful application
TaylorPlayer on 4/21/2018
I have come back to 2Do after using OmniFocus and Things 3. Both of those are also outstanding apps and I have nothing bad to say about either of them. I just find that 2Do suits me best. It has such a great UI and so many features that I can customize to my liking that it just works best for me.
Powerful, complex task manger; support?
jd2020 on 4/21/2018
2Do works well. Coming from several apps a few years ago, most recently Things. What I miss is the clean simplicity of Things. 2Do has so many features, and most are there in your face whether you use them or not. They end up being a distraction. That said, 2Do works well. I’ve never experienced any bugs—until now: the widget no longer works. But the app is very reliable. And it’s very flexible. 2Do doesn’t charge separately for iPhone and iPad app, like another to do list. That’s refreshing. Today Widget has been broken for months: “unable to load.” 2Do developer doesn’t seem responsive. Developer is silent on Twitter and very limed contact options. This is pushing me to leave for another app.
Greatest task app ever!
whitram on 4/20/2018
I have been an avid user of various task apps for many years. I was a huge fan of Astrid until yahoo bought and it went away. For years I was searching for another app that I liked as much is Astrid, and I finally found 2do. It is honestly my favorite app of all time. It is so powerful in its functionality and yet so intuitive, and the design is pleasing as well. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Been a long time power user
Mcphonehello on 4/16/2018
I've used this app for years and have been sticking with it because the developer had really tailored this app to the user. I've contacted the developer and gotten great response and feedback had been Incorporated (also assuming they are usually others requesting similar updates!). I'm using about 70% of the features and it keeps both my work and personal life matters in order! Sure, you have to spend some time getting use to this app like any other app. But once you do, you'll give it indispensable. I have my list synced across iPhone and iPad via iCloud and the sync had been perfect. I use iCloud because I can use Siri to dictate items to add to my list. Highly recommended, especially for power users.
