Im being kind, but this app is useless!! It’s constantly broken and I can even see my account anymore. It gets trapped in this into screen asking for a password even tho I have touch id set. I can see my ATT username but nothing. Yet, online version everything is fine. This app is garbage and I am close to deleting it and never deal with it agaib.

I’m not too happy with AT&T as they try to get every dime from their customers. It’s sad that money is the most important to AT&T. I will be switching to another company.

Worst app. If there is a negative rating i would chose that. Login, authenticate and then start the chat, then also agents ask you to authenticate by logging out and logging back in. Once you log out, you will lose the chat. Nicely done ATT for pathetic customer obsession and ensure a systemic way of avoiding conversation with customers.

I’ve been with AT&T for eight years and have received the WORST customer service in the past five days!!!! It all started with trying to upgrade my device. No two customer service reps had the same information- was given the “run around” every time I called. Paid the early upgrade fee and was then told by a CSR that I still had to pay over 200 dollars! When questioned for what she replied it was a credit class. I’ve been hung up on..places on hold for over an hour. Send “bogus” text messages stating my order has shipped while on hold in attempt to get me to disconnect. It has been a NIGHTMARE and I will be a Verizon customer from here forward.

You guys are the ones that pushed us into switching from att to direct. Now it’s a nightmare with trying to log into our acct and billing. Tv and internet balance shows $0 on our end, you disrupt our service anyway

Horrible, terrible, disgusting. They punish you actually punishments, like no service for a while so you learn your lesson and do what they want. Cancelled direcTV, they decided to cancel my internet for a week until reinstated. Late for my phone bill, been a week so far and still off the grid. This company needs to kick out every software engineer they have and really look over their messed up, chaotic, stupid system. Oh and the app is horrible too. Nothing good can be said about att. Monopoly at its worst!!!! I hope they go bankrupt!

I work from the same location everyday with WiFi provided and whenever my bill is due AT&T MYSTERIOUSLY messes with connection and I find my phone on LTE when in fact I’m on WiFi.

Sure it’s nice that AT&T has a mobile app, but the only thing this does well is allow you to see your data usage. The billing is complex and convoluted and a total joke. It truly feels like they try to make it hard for you to see where all the charges are coming from, and the app does nothing to change that. The sooner that everybody is forced to copy the simplicity of T-Mobile, the better. T-Mobile has already forced all of the carriers to go to unlimited data. Now they just need to force everybody to go to simplified and easy to understand billing.

I like the convenience of paying my bills on my phone and checking balances. But the app doesn’t notify when bills are due. Also, it doesn’t combine multiple bills. I have all my notification settings turned on, but there is never a notification, or red dot, when it is time to pay the bill, or something is coming due. With various bills on various apps all coming due at various times, I really need an alert that it is time to pay the bill.

I was in the middle of a billing issue with chat support and the app would log me out by itself in the middle of receiving help. When I would log back in the chat session would have to be started over from scratch and I would have to explain the issue I had again. Happened 3 times within an hour of almost receiving the info I needed to get things sorted out, but due to auto log out I never received an answer to my issue. So now I have to wait until the morning to call or visit a store to get the information I was seeking. Not a great experience as a customer when dealing with the stability of the app itself.

It don’t work. When I leave the house and try to use it, I bring up the app and once it is loaded I get a message recorder not found. Very annoying. It has done this since my last service call by phone. Over the phone he fixed another problem. I also think someone came out. I am not happy with my Directv. I don’t like it being fixed by phone. My daughter usually comes over to our house and calls for me. I am 76 yrs and very short with patient. I prefer to call a business and they send out a technician. Can you send help?

AT&T wants you to get there app so you can do so much stuff on it. The thing doesn’t work if you have a business account. So why the games AT&T??? 😤🤬. Every time I try to do something on this device I have to put in a password. But it isn’t the right one. Then the fingerprint ID pops up???? I live on a farm with my 96 year old mother. Who in there right mind is traveling out here to get nothing off my phone and ipad?????? Constant hassles. Constant games. Always wanting to close me out so I have to travel 125 miles to the closest apple store to get the thing to where I can use it again. I live in rural USA. It is 20 miles to town. No access in my area. Spend $1000.00 plus for a device that works sometimes. Rip off. Lies. Games and more games to buy a product that promises everything but falls soooo vry short on actual productivity. Capitalism does not work, it just separates people from their hard earned money.

I don’t like the new app I can never get to my bill without going thru five million other things no matter how many times I tap on I want to look at my bill! Also, they keep going up on my bill when it should be going down because my lease is finished! Tell me that’s why they won’t let me read my bill?

A company that doesn’t value its loyal customers at all and the left foot doesn’t know what the right foot is doing! When calling for support, you have to identify yourself 65 times before any real issues are addressed. Just overall terrible customer service and no loyalty rewards! Giving them one more month before I cancel it all

I usually always have great things to say about AT&T but this app is the worst. Always freezes up. Never updates. Takes forever and a day to pull up your account information. It’s 1000 times easier just to go to the website.

I have had AT&T for years. At first AT&T were the best internet provider in my area. For the past 2 years, it has been horrible. The service is terrible and the customer service is just as bad. THE ONLY REASON I have not changed is because I haven’t found anyone I thought would be much better. I keep checking to see if Mediacom provides service to my home. I lack 1/2 mile from being able to use them. Last month I got charged $20 extra for Internet USAGE. ( I thought that’s what my bill was for). After I called them and questioned it, I got a credit. This month, I am being charged $10 for Internet service. If there was such a thing as a ( - star rating ), I would give it. I have NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE.

I have tried numerous times to merge my wireless account with my wireless and phone account without success even though I have wasted time on the phone and via messaging with ATT staff. I am very disappointed in the customer service regarding this situation.
