When I login, it immediately says I owe $0 for my bill. However, if I wait 5 seconds, it updates to a different amount. This is awful because there’s no user feedback indicating to me that something is happening. I just think I owe $0 and close the app before it updates. I would the app should not show any value until the client has retrieved the data from the server so you don’t confuse your customers and make them think they don’t owe anything. That is unless you practice cheap policies that enable you to collect more late fees from your customers. In which case, I will probably reevaluate who I get cellular service from.

My contract is up and they refuse to negotiate a new price plan Told representative to save the begging phone calls to please please come back once I go to another provider Just ridiculous I can go to sister company and get a same service basically much cheaper I will NEVER use att again not even for cell service changing that also They will not one red dime

ATT is over charging me so I tried to call , I was in a good mood till I got hung up on twice and the people I did talk to probably couldn’t spell there own names, I ask to talk to management but then he hung up on me. Wait he ask me for the third time my number, I guess the first three times he didn’t get it . Leaving ATT after 14 years. Customer service is now customer F- U

This is so so stupid!!!!!!! I use to be able to just hit 3 numbers and pay my account and now I can’t even GET IN TO PAT MY ACCOUNT!!!! I am totally ready to switch carriers because the stress isn’t worth it!!!!!

First they mess up by putting my cable payment on business account.. ignoring the sudden 286$ credit to the bill as a mistake they’ve made.. getting the 200$ put back onto correct account absolute nightmare! Was told by half dozen employees (hrs on phone) problem was solved. 2 months later still getting bill saying past due. So where did the money disappear to AT&T

AT&T will say that you are a valued customer. Really you are not! I talked with a agent on Thursday that thought my complaint was funny for some reason. He was very unprofessional. If I’m complaining about that I feel AT&T is ripping me off. (don’t laugh while I’m doing it) At least train your employees to laugh after they hang up. We have been a customer with AT&T for almost a decade if not a decade. It’s SAD how people and companies get the BIG head once they feel they are untouchable.

Att separated two phones I have into two accts under my name. I cannot find a way to add second acct number on app unless I buy new device, which I do not need. Secondly, this mistake came about spending days in an Att store attempting to get my daughters phone in her name, as she is a senior in college and trying to create good budgeting and credit practice. I spent three days in store attempting this with same person. He assured me it was all set. Of course next billing cycle, I receive two bills with two separate acct # in my name. Doesn’t help my daughter one bit and has made it so I can only pay one on app and one through mail. Of course returning to Att store, they told me there is no way to change it now!!!! So I told them I’m changing carriers only to be told I had to wait two months for my daughters to be unlocked as I paid off her phone when I started process. Ironically my husband was Att employee for 10+ years until they surplused thousands. We had service with the 10+ years. Cannot wait to change provider. Maybe surplus due to loss of money at incompetent level in retail stores, when same employee kept telling me I had to live with the mistakes he made. At same time telling me he was previously fired from Citibank. Hmmmm wonder why.

Neither ATT nor Directv works well. A consistently frustrating system. My ATT home service fluctuates and makes Directv inconsistent. The Directv equipment is lousy compared to Dish. You never know what to expect when you turn on your TV or should I say ATTEMPT to turn on my TV.

I just found out that we get extra benefits that no one even bothered to tell us about like dining out in tickets I have no idea how to use these and no wind at AT&T even bother to tell anyone how to use them just another reason why AT&T is the worst company ever

AT&T seemed to have made a push at promoting their prepaid services. The name was changed from gophone or whatever it was and there was a ‘bring ur own phone and get started’ promotion yet the customer service aspect of the prepaid service seems a little slack. I, personally, prefer the online live chat with customer support, etc..; however, prepaid customers do not have the option to do so. Another thing that is awkward and confusing are the plans and their data service. It’s too much to explain in this ‘review’, but anyone who has shopped the prepaid plans definitely can relate to what I am saying. On the positive side, my coverage is great and dropped calls are a rarity. Have to take the bad with the good I guess

I had been with sprint for 10 years and have never saved as much money as I have with Att. Their customer service is beyond helpful and courteous. I’ve never experienced such amazing service from a phone company and I’ve had them all.

While trying to access account, it does not work. You can spend up to 20 minutes trying to get the information you need. This app needs to be easy to use and not frustrating. As soon as I can figure out how to use the app I’m canceling my subscription.

I have been on the phone with a helpful rep however the U-verse app will not allow me to log in. I am able to log in to the normal AT&T app but not U-verse, this is driving me insane. I’ve just signed up for AT&T and I seriously hope this is not a sign of things to come. Rep claims there is a problem widespread with the U-verse app, I’m sure she isn’t lying but i am seriously frustrated and The in home instillation is in a week! Please sort this out, otherwise another unhappy customer I will be 😭

They lied about the installation of internet fee. The truth is there is 100 dollars for installing. I specifically asked about it and the agent told me there is no fee for installing until I found the bill showed in my account.

I use to love my internet with this company, but out of no where my bill went up twice and now I’m getting charged for late fees that I e never been charged for before! So it’s making me want to switch to xfinity to be honest!

Only works 1/2 time. Constantly tells us our password and access ID are wrong but we can get online with it just fine. Chat reps through the app are awful - especially “Jhon” who refused to help and tells you that your account information doesn’t show up, so you give them your info and they tell you again that it doesn’t show up, which is 💩 because there hasn’t been issues before talking to chat reps. AT&T as a whole is just completely 💩 these days. Definitely switching providers now.

The technician arrived, mumbled and I couldn’t understand him. He then said he couldn’t install anything and abruptly left. I called AT&T and the person on the phone was not able to locate my account - even though I provided an account number. I demanded a refund (they processed my initial payment with lightning speed, of course). I still have not been refunded. Run folks. Run.

You should be able to click any part of the bill to get a better understanding of that portion of the bill. You can’t. You can only click what you want us to understand. When my contract is up. I’m going to look at other providers.
