I’ve noticed accounts that I’ve opened have closed and additional accounts opened throughout my time and none of it makes sense. I’m left with an account that I use to share with me ex husband of 6 years ago and the personal one closed without my consent. I’m too busy as a single mother to investigate, but found a moment to complain. Here me.

Good app but Wells Fargo needs to increase the amount allowed to be deposited. Other bank apps allow greater amounts ($10K) in single checks and in total for the month.

With text messages turned on I’ve been able to instantly spot fraudulent charges. One quick call and WF took care of removing the charge, I got a new card two days later and my auto pays were transferred to my new card. WF made the whole affair a non event.

I just simply needed to deposit $20 in My Girlfriend’s account because she was stranded across town, needed to take an Uber ride. As I can’t deposit cash because of the new banking policy, my account was currently overdrawn, and they said I need to use an online app through Wells Fargo to transfer the funds… They conveniently failed to inform me that it takes up to two days for the funds to get deposited😡😡

I’ve been using the app a little over 3 years and have yet to encounter an issue! I like the security features within the app and I like that I’m able to use my fingerprint to gain access. I’m able to view my statements, checks balances, send/receive money through Zelle and many other things. It’s so easy to use and I never have any issues.

I like depositing checks from home and the app works great for that. However, Wells Fargo overall is an untrustworthy company and this unsolicited survey has reminded me that I need to close my account and put Wells Fargo forever behind me. I will do so this week.

I really do love this app. I get a lot of checks from students who visit me. By the time they drive off I’ve already deposited the check. Some students pay me by cash, so actually I almost never ever go to the bank.

Owning a small business sometimes I am unable to make it to one of you locations within your store hours. This limits my ability to deposit checks and the $5,000 daily limit is very restrictive and interrupts my busy (seasonal) work schedule. An adjustable range for these scenarios would be very helpful. Thank you

While I can see the attempts at making this app more phone and user friendly, it’s still plagued by too much clutter and too many confusing slide-out panels, buttons and sub-menus. Other banks (like Chase) have figured out how to design a very clean and simple iPhone app for online banking - Wells Fargo isn’t one of them.

I want to know where my statements are. Since I do not have them mailed I should be able to view them on the app. It seems like they used to be on it and now they are gone. I guess I should make them mail them to me. More money out of their pocket, they can afford it.

The Wells Fargo app is great and simply to use. What concerns me about Wells Fargo is the overdraft fees and other fees that most banks no longer charger for like minimal withdrawal or transactions.

Overall I appreciate the ability to deposit checks by phone. However, many times I Snap the front of the check an I have to repeat the process. Then I snap the reverse of the check and a picture of the front of the check shows up. My apps from other institutions such as Bank of America work flawlessly.

I don’t like seeing commercials (Robo) on my phone when I open the WFB app. Also, I don’t like the blue icon on the bottom left, I’m already notified about things that are important to me by email. I don’t need to know that a bill pay amount that I sent out is larger or smaller than the last one! It’s ridiculous and annoying!!!

I was just informed by a Wells Fargo manager that they couldn’t cash a check because it wasn’t hand written. I hate this bank, and am finished with wellsfargo after 34 years of them using checks written with the same machine.

From the day we opened our accounts everyone at our branch has been friendly and eager to help us. What really impressed me was the way they took the time to explain the accounts to both my 16yr old and my 12yr old ensuring that they knew exactly how they could use their accounts!! You’ve gotta love a company like that!!
