** Apple Design Award winner and iPad Game of the Year! **
Enter the Darwinian world of a galactic mote. To survive, absorb smaller organisms and grow—but beware of larger predators. Osmos features unique physics-based play, stellar graphics, and a hypnotic ambient soundtrack. Absorb or be absorbed!

“The ultimate ambient experience” — Gizmodo
“The best iPad game yet.” — IGN

you must grow by absorbing smaller motes, but to propel yourself you must eject matter behind you, causing you to shrink. From this delicate balance, Osmos leads the player through floating playgrounds, competitive petri dishes, deep solar systems, and more.

“Named as iPad Game of the Year for a reason, Osmos is a fantastic game. A combination of physics, survival and classic eat em up” — WeDoCode
“Whether you're a child at heart who likes mucking about with single-cell organisms, or a strategist with a physics degree, this game will appeal to everyone.” — App Store review

My Favorite Game
Loriffic on 10/31/2017
This game is amazing! So many great play modes. Phenomenal and immersive soundtrack. Play for 2 minutes or an hour. Online mode or Bluetooth mode against real people is especially fun!
Very relaxing, fun experimenting
BrooklynWalker on 9/14/2017
The music is very medatative, and it's fun to experiment, especially when I have an advantage or have already won a round, with speed, deflection, gravity, etc. I think it makes my mind sharper.
Truly special
Lovehandlz on 8/24/2017
Thoughtful, beautifully rendered, addictive, great music. Buy it!
Classic Hall of Famer
marcphive on 7/18/2017
I've been playing this game since it was made available on Android. With each new phone, Osmos was one of the first games I made sure to download. It's always relaxing, enjoyable, and the music is amazing. I am happy to pay for it again on my first iOS device.
Enjoyable and relaxing - but challenging
Hoosier Jim on 7/4/2017
The levels became more challenging, but I still feel relaxed with this game. Very enjoyable for waiting rooms and public transportation.
Sorry, Douglas Adams fans, Space is SMALL
Rainbeaupgh on 7/4/2017
Okay, real outer-space, space is still BIG! That hasn't changed one whit, except for this delightfully ingenious "puzzle" game that pits you, "Brave little mote", against the hulking, goliaths looking to consume you. Your prey/enemies are easy to distinguish: those blue bubbles are FOOD, the Satan's-eye red ones will devour YOU. The only thing you have going for you is that you're (most probably) sentient. The most difficult levels are in the adversarial "Sentient", where a rudimentary AI tries to make you lunch, but NOT the way Mom brings you them Hot-Pockets®, when you do "real gaming". You propel your way through the levels by ejecting various amounts of your own body by tapping the opposite direction you wish to proceed; the Newtonian physics mainly hold, though they've tweaked the inverse-square-law a bit in the "Epicycles" levels, and (or course), nothing is "to scale". But for a fun Zen-game, look no further. Oh, you can slow time to a crawl (handy on the Nematode levels) or flick the slider to make the game-years fly! NERD ALERT: This would be a good "learner game" for grandad when yinz give him an iPad for Xmas. And SELL him the game as a game NOT as a way to get him from calling you for a ride to go to the mall, because since grandma died, all he really has are the three other guys he hangs out with. Chester seems okay, but Emmet is a disaster what with him smoking roll-your-owns while juggling that damned LiQO2 tank. The other, other one, you can never remember his name but you know he's the one who's a bit higher on the Kinsey scale than you wanna know. And the music's a plus too, very MELLOW.
Must-have game
Free Information on 6/11/2017
Extremely entertaining with a great physics system. Also, in the latest update multiplayer is fixed. Before, the odds of connecting to another player were slim to none due to few players. Now, you can play single-player mode while waiting for a multiplayer match, increasing the chances you won't get bored waiting for a match. Multiply this by everybody, and there are more players playing, so you can actually play multiplayer matches now.
Best all-time iPad game, hands down
WoodlandsJeff on 6/10/2017
Amazing graphics, realistic physics, and a terrifically unique concept. Note to the developers- a lot of folks like me would pay for more levels. Just sayin....
Skatan18 on 6/6/2017
I got this game when it first came out, and was just mesmerized. I still play it frequently, and although I feel like I'm ridiculously good at it solo, when I use multiplayer and play random people I get blown away sometimes. All in all, it's a very well done game.
One of my all time favorites
Vandmatt on 5/31/2017
I love .

Don't have time to register on the forum to report a simple bug
momenttheory on 5/30/2017
I was trying to be helpful and report a simple bug, but I don't have time to do the "email the developer just to register on the forum" thing (have y'all ever heard of Captcha? It's this new thing that the kids are doing.) Anyway, love the game, but wanted to let you know that there's a bug where some of the other motes randomly disappear from the screen (just poof, gone), and when that happens, it makes it impossible to win the level. Obviously very frustrating - Please fix. Thanks!
Good game
Geobrigades on 5/23/2017

One of the all time great iPad games, finally updated so it will keep working into the future. If you haven't tried this yet, you should give it a shot!
All time classic
Tim Sneath on 5/6/2017
This was one of the first games I bought for the original iPad and it has more than stood the test of time. It's still absorbing after all these years. An Apple "Essentials" for good reason.
Really enjoy this game
PerfectAlignment on 5/6/2017
I love that I can randomize the levels giving unlimited game play. This is my favorite iPad game.

For Science Nerd Gamers
MonSkew on 3/26/2017
And I'm one, this game is pretty cool and worth a play. Fairly addicting.
Wow... Seriously.
My guy guy on 1/15/2017
This is an amazing game. They should teach it to our children in elementary schools across our beautiful nation. When I think about the value this game adds to ones overall intellect, wellness, and experience on this earth for under six bucks, I can't help wondering if Osmos might be a wiser investment to make in my children's future than private school.
Relaxation for nerds...
SarBear1978 on 12/2/2016
If you opt for slow modes and it can be wonderfully relaxing. Smart game, physics 101, displaying the relationships between mass, gravity, time and propulsion/momentum. Like many beautiful things you start of small, an orb that looks like a mystical light or cell or lil galaxy and the challenges, the evolve and grow you. Brilliantly, yet simple gameplay experience. Love it!!!
Great game
Thouston74 on 11/15/2016
Can't wait to talk the little bit of Physics of this game with my 9yo
A disappointment
El Gennaro on 9/25/2016
I read the reviews. I bought the game. A disappointment . The meditative aspect is really just boredom. Caveat emptor..
Great game
Avillanu25 on 5/29/2016
It is so easy to get lost in he fun and challenging levels of the game, all while enjoying the terrific ambient music!
Ribbit-11 on 5/2/2016
Great balance of artistry and physics with nicely increasing mix of changing and challenging levels.
Fun, Challenging
hopelessdreamer on 4/17/2016
At first I wasn't sure I'd like it, but was intrigued by the descriptions and reviews. Now I love it, though it can also be frustrating. The graphics are awesome, nice music too. I found this game by accident, searching for books on physics, not realizing I somehow wandered to the games! 😀
Iknowiknowbutanyway on 3/31/2016
This game is pretty. It is boring.
Relaxing, beautiful and peaceful
Guy Gamer on 3/19/2016
This has been my most favorite way to relax for a year now. After a long and stressful day I put on my headset and start to play. Thank you for a great, relaxing and gorgeous game.
Even better...
Sissybud on 3/11/2016
This game is great! I hadn't played in a while so when I loaded it onto a new iPad pro, I was really impressed. The multiplayer feature is a great addition, especially for playing a spouse in the same room. Be warned though, you might just end up playing into the wee hours.
Infinite stars
Xcsdferepoier on 2/10/2016
Infinite stars to this game, to which I just wrote out a beautiful, well thought out review. 0 stars to Apple, who erased said review because the $&@);*+#! "Nickname" I entered was previously taken... by ME!!!
rare 5- star game
Deletonator on 1/24/2016
Grab it when on sale for USD 0.99. It is really worth the buck. Just read the reviews here about this gem. Nuff said...
Great game

Testing out my Smart keyboard
Gingermurder on 1/3/2016
Testing out my smart keyboard for the iPad pro. Sooooo....Double review. Keyboard works. Game is dope. 4.2stars on key board since the part that touches my screen also touches whatever surface I use my keyboard on. Could eventually get dirty. Osmos is dope af tho. 5 stars.
sailamoku on 1/3/2016
I love this game, I also love the sounds
I Liked-ed It on 1/2/2016

Awesome game
Manson69 on 12/27/2015
I've had this game for 5 + years, since on the 1st gen iPad. Even better on my air2. It's great to play and fall asleep to.
It's good.
FlannelFlute on 12/11/2015
I truly enjoy this game. The sound track is relaxing and I enjoy how the pitch changes as the speed of the game is adjusted. I couldn't sleep last night so started the game and drifted right off. Game play is intriguing and allows you to use as much or as little physics knowledge as you wish.
Love it
S7xa on 11/18/2015
