I really like this app, very easy to use and takes you through the workout smoothly. The only constructive criticism would be that it is not compatible with my iWatch. Fix that it’s awesome!

This is a simple app to get you started. Watch out for the monthly plan. Not only is it expensive it is also difficult to unsubscribe.

I bought this app because it was Apple Watch compatible. It has the same workout as my old app (but more expensive !)I love the timing/intervals. But, I do not see any benefit of it being on my watch! I cannot skip or pause the workout from my watch, only see the interval time and what is next:( Also, it does not show pace or interval distances . The audible does not always alert to walk or run. It is turned on but only randomly gives audible commands to walk or run. Frustrating. Just wish I could get my $ back.

This trains you for a week, and then refuses to work with you anymore unless you pay $8. Theoretically that seems like a reasonable price, but the only reason anyone downloads this one instead of the “couch to 5k” app it is imitating is freeness as opposed to $3. So essentially it’s only special selling point is a complete lie that you don’t find out until you’ve already downloaded it.

I lost 30lbs with this app and a good diet. My times have definitely improved, and went from tough hesitant start to and defining finish. Definitely recommend this for start off that jogging/running goal!!

The app gives you the schedule for the first 2 weeks. If you want the full 8-week training program, you have to upgrade for $10 or more.

I downloaded this app so I could run without my phone and just use my watch. I have cell data on my watch but when I got 0.1 mike away from my phone the app stopped working. So I had to time my runs separately. If you don’t mind running with your phone close by, buy away. Otherwise, use a different app.

I was loving this app however I got sick of carrying my phone and was delighted to learn that you could use it with your Apple Watch without your phone. Issue is, it’s really glitchy. First off, you have to start the workout from your phone, so by the time I’m out the door I’m already 30 seconds into my countdown. You also do not have the ability to pause it. Once your are away from your phone, good luck. I’ve yet to have a whole run where it worked the whole time. Either it completely stops giving you notifications or the notifications come prematurely or at the wrong time. I find myself having to memorize the workout and manually having to time it. Watching a clock while you are running is counterproductive. Waste of money unless the glitches are fixed.

I used this app last year and lost 50 lbs. I ate better but not perfect and used the 5k app as a routine. I gained weight through out this past winter but am back at it again. Im nothing but confident with the routine.

This exercise plan got me motivated for more. I never ever thought it could be so easy! I love that it tracks and saves each of my workouts so that I can see my improvement. Now, I actually look forward to running. CRAZY!!!

This is a good app with a nice, clean interface that makes it motivating and easy to use. I am a 21 year old guy in decent shape, and damnit I should be able to run. But, about three months ago, I would have been hard pressed to run a mile. I ran/walked a 5k with my co-workers in November 2017 and I finished in ~35 minutes and felt like throwing up (the average time for my age group was around 24 minutes). My girlfriend started using this app in May. I picked it up and did the first day May 16th. I got hooked really quick and decided to shell out the $10 to buy it—that was my biggest iOS purchase to date. 7 weeks later on July 21, I finished! Now I can do the 5k in around 23 minutes, and today (July 29th) I ran my first 10k. In a little over 2 months I went from disliking running a mile to kinda enjoying my 10k run. I think the app convinced me to take my time slowly add on distance, instead of running too hard and feeling exhausted and discouraged. Mileage will vary from person to person (pun not intended but I stand by it)—I think I was probably in a rather unique place to take advantage of this app—but I still think it will be well worth the money for most people in most situations. I highly recommend!

I love the app. You can use it while you listen to your music or even connected to YouTube or pandora. The app stays on and the pop ups come telling you to run or slow down. It’s great.

I’m grateful for this app! Never thought I would be able to run for more than one minute, despite a lifelong dream to be a ‘runner’. After giving birth to twins at age 35 I became determined to accomplish more in terms of my fitness level. All the research on the physical and mental health benefits of running compelled me to give running a chance. This app has helped bring my goal within reach.

My running regime has been on and off through the years. I am not an easy runner by no means. Running is hard for me and I didn’t start running until my forties because of it. This app has helped me tremendously! I couldn’t do it without it!

You’ll have to mess around with it a little to really get the hang of it. Otherwise, I just finished week one and I think it’s a good running program. It does exactly what it claims, gets you off the couch and running.

It was a bit of a struggle running for the entire minutes but thankfully just when I thought I couldn’t endure any longer the friendly voice came on letting me know I could slow down and walk. I know it will only get easier. A customer recommended it to me. I will be sure to thank her!

I quit running 10 months ago because of work commitments and I have wanted to start again but a sense of defeat and dread kept me on the couch. I read a good review for this app so I thought, “What the heck?” and gave it a try. It is amazing! Day one was easy so I think a person could be in worse shape than I was and still do this plan. It only gets better. If you want to get in shape and be a runner, this app will get you there. Oh, and I never write reviews but I wrote this one.
