Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings.
Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate
and email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will
also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager.
This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards.
The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts.
Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases and will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.

You used to be able to modify your fastpass from the app and now it no longer works. You now have to log into the website to do it. Very frustrating

We came - we did it. We thought, maybe it is as magical as everyone says. It’s not. It’s fun - it’s entertaining - but it’s definitely way overrated. Over commercialized. Over sold. Take your kids to the beach, or to national parks. Anywhere else. We did have fast passes and the temp was decent - so that wasn’t the problem. The crowds didn’t even bother me - it’s just not what it’s cracked up to be.

Went to Animal Kingdom the first day. Not enough food places to eat and definitely not enough seating for the number of people trying to eat in the park.

Way too crowded. Fast Pass + concept is terrible. Much prefer Universal and their express concept. Most people I saw at Disney parks were miserable. So much for “happiest place on earth”. Terrible waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor, spend your time and money elsewhere.

I was able to use the app for most of my 3 day visit to disneyworld and would use it again but on the third day of the trip the app refused to open crashing on the first screen you see when logging in.

Buying tickets on the app

I was buying tickets on my app for my teenaged kids. I plan to drop them off for the day. My son who is 18 could not buy tickets from his phone. We could not figure out why. Therefore we bought the tickets from my other sons phone. When I finished. I read that I have to should my license and credit card I purchased with the tickets. I hope they let me do this without paying for parking. I am sure it is to protect me, but be aware when you buy from your app. That you have to show your license and credit card.

Takes forever to load. Whenever I try to view my photos, there is always an issue. Says we experienced some difficulty. Try again later. Then they load but I can’t download them. Doing them online is a joke too. Can’t just check on the ones I want and download. Have to click individual and add to cart and download a giant file. No wonder it’s a free app. If it cost anything there would be more problems.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it did not show me the same restaurant availability at the Disney restaurants as the Disney website. Luckily I checked the website and was able to get a better time that I wanted. Otherwise, this app gives so much info and is easy to use.

We stood in line for 3 hours for space mountain. The fast pass line has their own side of the track. Regular line has their side. Why is fast pass allowed to cut in front of the regular line side when they have their own side to go on? Why do they get to cut in front of the people who waited 3+ hours when they can wait 10 minutes on their side to keep the regular side moving at an acceptable rate? Everyone paid to visit the park, and yes, they paid extra to “cut” the line. So keep them on their respective side so the “regular” people can keep moving. Then we had the lovely experience of meeting Brooke. She was very unprofessional and very rude. Telling us that we were not allowed to move to the other lane because that was the fast pass lane, yet they could move into our lane. She asked if we had ever used fast pass in a very derogatory manner with enough sarcasm to fill the Cinderella Castle. We politely said “yes we have” as she cut us off and said that we needed to book fast passes 6 months in advance. Then changed her response to 3 month immediately after she looked at all of the parties confused faces knowing that people can change and book fast passes daily. Please answer these questions for our family because we WILL NEVER return to Disney based of these experiences and ones earlier. Please reply with the email to the account connected to this account. When your trying to balance out/fit in/schedule rides and your FP is already setup and your working around that schedule, it’s frustrating as heck when you can’t get on other rides you want to ride because those wait times, 105, 130, or my favorite 210 minute wait time. If I wait for any of these I’ll miss my window for what my FP is scheduled for. Frustrated at the Happiest Place on Earth Tom

Very disappointed with this app! Wouldn’t refresh, so it was never displaying our current itinerary. When we needed it for directions or to tell us which restaurants were around us, it would give a message reading “Sorry, this request is unavailable at this time. Try again later.” It also would automatically log out every 10-15 min, so I was constantly having to log back in. I loved the idea of this app and the things it was supposed to do, however, using it with all of the malfunctions was extremely frustrating and our party ended up using the paper maps given at the park’s entrance.

We have what was referred to as a stacked ticket. We are waiting ina long line with previously purchased tickets. Not a good start!! This better not happen everyday.
App occasionally locks up on iPhone X

While at Disneyworld, the app can occasionally lock up when attempting to review various park amenities or attempting to get to my visit details. Clicking the “Ears” or other areas of the map/screen are unresponsive. I find closing and relaunching the app is necessary. Is this due to bandwidth while at the parks? If so, add a status bar or other mechanism to see that the app is “communicating with the server” etc. so users wait for a response. Otherwise the experience is very unexpected and appears to be poorly built/overwhelmed.

I paid for fast pass but there isn’t a fast pass available for any adult rides. A lot of standing and waiting and very little riding. We have been here 6hrs and have been on 3 rides. I plan on going to another amusement park next time so maybe the lines will be shorter here in the future because this is my last trip to this over rated madness.

I wish I could give the app ZERO stars! I’ve been to guest services 6 times in the last TWO days!!!! I’m here with a family of 15 and I am the only one having problems because of the iPhoneX. The app keeps on using the wrong ticket at the wrong park (I almost had to buy a new EXTRA ticket to get in with my family) and keeps on using the wrong FastPass! So while my family is riding rides I’m on my way BACK to guest services to get the problem fixed for the SEVENTH time. Absolutely ridiculous. I never had so much stress and problems at a Disney Park! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED... NOW! All that I received is free fast passes, which started off great but as my day went on the all were swiped off of my app. So nothing is really being fixed! It’s just temporary!!!

These devices take up 3 seats do the person who rides them gets out of scooter and sits in another seat. They should have to sit in there scooter and not take up any more seats

Ferry make us wait for almost an hour. You broke my happyness. Coming baxk to the parking lote. An employee laid to me about wich train I had to take the same route. Then I figured it out about the right train other employes (3:00 pm) avoid to me to take the right train. I am very dissapomited with Disney. There is not friendly signs for international people.
Fast pass is not worth the value

My fast pass has not worked all day. Selections made in the app have not translated to the pass itself. We have not been able to ride any roller has been a huge disappointment for our family. No one is looking forward to tomorrow. Unmagical!
