It's ok. I wish the app had more guidance and instruction. It just drops you into it and you need to figure it out. For instance. It never asks my current exercise level or suggests where I start. Also it lists all sorts of different squats but never suggest when or if I should use them. and ads are super annoying and cover the screen when I am trying to read.

The app allowed me to quickly email my sister to challenge her and update her with my progress. She lives 5 hours away and this connects us. The first use is not intuitive but eventually figured out what squat to do as a beginner

If you're debating on getting this or not, just do it! I am normally very unmotivated when it comes to working out, but I haven't missed a day of the squat challenge just because I trust the results! Loving this app.

This is a great app to keep you motivated and on track with a goal. There's variety and different levels of intensity. I love the addition of the videos/ graphics performing the squats so I know exactly how it's done. I only wish there was a squat counter feature. I don't do all of my squats at once and so it would be nice to have a feature that let you keep tally of how many squats you've done that day.

Starting with the promise of "this too shall past" this app launches you on a deceptively easy, but surprisingly effective path. I'm writing this on my "REST DAY" and wow, it feels like I just won some kinda prize. Give it a try. I think you'll be surprised how far such a simple app can take you.

This app is easy to use and straight to the point. The ads do not pop up in the middle of your workout but right after you hit the "Save & Exit" button. It has a new challenge for you everyday with rest days in between. This helps you build the definition you are looking for from beginner to advanced. Once you finish 1 day you can skip along to the next day. I however am following the regimen and can't wait to see my results after the 1st 30 days! Great app!

I like this app! It's simple to use and reminds you each day to do your squats. Instead of forgetting to do squats everyday, this is just like a booster for me! And it doesn't increase the amount everyday, it varies it a bit.

Ok first I was real hesitant, but then remembering I do not have all the time in the world to go to gym 5 days a week like before I decided lets do something on my time and something my 2 year old boy would think is fun also! I'm adoring the results! Not even a full month and I feel he firm and cut from what looked like my bottom half melted into my leg. Husband sees the results but I want more! Thanks! Highly Recommended for those with limited time and wanting not some type of motivation. Better to start somewhere than nowhere
