When I got this app I saw improvement in my body but when I hit day 5 and had a “rest day” I kept pressing done with that little check mark and I cannot continue to the next day even though I had pressed the check mark several times 😤

This app was awesome up until day 4 when it stopped working. I’d mark it as complete and it won’t save it so I can’t continue on to day 5. It doesn’t let you look ahead so I’m forever stuck in day 3. So bummed. I was super motivated and now I’ve lost steam.

I’m only on day 10 and I can see big changes in my legs and rear. It may not be the fanciest app but it is effective and simple, with helpful explanations and animation for each exercise. I highly recommend it!

I started the 30 day squat app at intermediate level 1. It’s shaped and toned my butt so much over the last 90 days, that tomorrow I’ll be starting advanced level 2! What will I do when this is over? The 30 day butt app! Please make an advanced version for those who have completed the challenges! Thanks.
Can’t select the day you’re on

The app puts giant check marks on the days you complete, so giant in fact, that they block you from being able to tap on the day you are supposed to completing next. Very frustrating.

I started this challenge because I saw a video on BuzzFeed about a 30 day challenge. I saw how much progress had been made by the three people who did it, and so I really started it to see if I could. I am 5’9” woman and I weigh 255 lbs, the most I have ever weighed. This app starts with 5 squats and works its way up each day. It’s totally doable. Just try it!! You may be surprised! I sure was!!

They need to update this for iPhone X or any newer phone because it looks weird on the screen and it’s kind of hard clicking the days but still does the job👍🏼

The calendar over laps over the days completed. Sync the days and allow for days to be completed to be seen.

I cannot say enough good things about this app. It reminds me to do my squats daily if I've forgotten, and it shows me how to do each of the exercises. I highly recommend!

I like this app very much. You can choose different difficulty settings. The only thing I have a problem with is that it doesn't send me notifications. I set a time for notifications & everything but they just don't pop up.

It's great! You can choose when to set a reminder at a time that you'll be able to do the squats. It teaches you proper form! Great app!

It's ok. I wish the app had more guidance and instruction. It just drops you into it and you need to figure it out. For instance. It never asks my current exercise level or suggests where I start. Also it lists all sorts of different squats but never suggest when or if I should use them. and ads are super annoying and cover the screen when I am trying to read.

The app allowed me to quickly email my sister to challenge her and update her with my progress. She lives 5 hours away and this connects us. The first use is not intuitive but eventually figured out what squat to do as a beginner

Seeing this app on my phone every day motivates me to keep going. I just wished I could see how many squats I have to do the next day, without having to check that I completed the day before.

If you're debating on getting this or not, just do it! I am normally very unmotivated when it comes to working out, but I haven't missed a day of the squat challenge just because I trust the results! Loving this app.

It's on my fight day now and I see some improvement I'm on my rest day but I have decided to do some extra cardio on this day! I think it works great and should be used if you want a bigger bottom!'
