Only have had for a short amount of time. Gets you sore fast, which I like cause it feels like results really quickly. I like how this builds you up without having to put work into an extensive program that is too hard

Started out strong, I looked forward to this app daily. Unfortunately I got stuck on day 4 which was my rest day. The checks in the app were so big that they covered all the numbers in the row. Which prevented me from going past that day. I wrote twice even deleted the app and downloaded it again in an attempt to fix it... no luck...so it was fun while it lasted..Boo

I love this app and it’s even better bc it is free!!! However, don’t do the sit ups because it’s rlly bad for your back. This app is amazing otherwise. I have seen a huge improvement with me. I love this app!!

30 Day Ab Workout does help a little bit. The workouts do get more intense as the process goes on. You basically have to do the same exercises day after day after day just more of them, which in my opinion can get a little boring. The good thing is they do let you have a rest day.

This app is great so far I'm on day 4 and get gets a littler harder each day. Im paring it with a walking app and i must say i feel better already between walking a mile and a half a day and tummy exercise i know I'm on the right path.

I'm really happy with this app. I'm trying to get back in shape and my tummy is a problem area. After the first day, I could feel my abs. At 3 days in I could feel and see a difference. The exercises even have animated illustrations of how to do the exercises. This is awesome!

I love that this app has figured out the best formula to start at the right level and increase the intensity as I increase my strength. I especially appreciate the accountability as well. I started on the first day of a month which made it very easy to know where I am and that I don't miss a day. This app made and continues to make all the difference. Thank you
Builds up too fast

Good app for reminding you to do the exercise but it builds up from an innocent start too fast at beginner level. Day 1 is 15 sit ups; 5 crunches; 5 leg raises; 10 second plank Day 30 is 125 sit ups; 200 crunches; 65 leg raises; 120 second plank Very quickly it was taking me too long to complete the activities.

I just started today, but have to say that I really like the check off chart and video demo of the exercises. I wasn't sure what a cobra was. I had seen the 30 day challenges before and would print them off and I'd skip a day here and there and then wouldn't remember which day I was on. This truly simplifies that process.

Working for only two days is already started to make my stomach sore!! I can't wait to see the results after 1-2 levels!!!! There isn't much of a variety of exercises, but that is perfectly fine. Still gets the job done!!! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

If you don't cheat the workouts, you could definitely see progress! I saw improvements already in the first couple of days. If I had any recommendations for the app creator, it's the ability to allow the upload a before, middle and after photo for their own purpose for each level to see if they see progress being made and then possibly save the image to camera roll at the end of each workout. I love it and then demonstrations for each exercise!

If you are just getting back into working out, make sure you start with the beginner. The exercises get progressively harder quickly, so don't bite off more than you can chew!

I am on Day 7 of the Beginner Level 1... already up to 40 sit-ups. The trajectory has been tough for me and some friends who are doing it together. We are sticking with it. Like the way the app works, the videos and the check list. We are planning to do the arms one next!

This app is very simple to use and the exercises are guided in a very simple way. The best part of the app is the mix of different kinds of ABs exercises. The negative side is that we cannot create a track of our own workout and see the progress later. Of course the ads are annoying if you want the app for free !!! At last NEVER GIVE UP. The exercises become very hard and strenuous as you proceed day by day.
