Horrible Shipping Delivery

I ordered an item (Unicorn Costume) and I was expecting 3-5 days for the item to ship. However, it was more than 5 days and it’s July 18 and I ordered this Item on July 7. I’m highly disappointed that this app was lacking its commitment to speed up the process for the delivery shipping method. I kept checking the delivery status and it recently rescheduled for another day. This really irritates me and I’m not coming back again on this app for online shopping. The experience is lacking from in-store experience. Never again. Thanks a lot H&M.

I was forced to download the new app. Upon launching it, I find that my favorites didn’t transfer over. I guess it’s no big deal. Then I start to browse. Holy crap is this thing SLOW and buggy! UI is mediocre, it’s kind of a chore navigating. What the eff, fix it!

I saved my address into MyH&M. I clicked send to my saved address and it sends my package to an address I sent someone something over a year ago and I deleted that address LONG TIME AGO. This was my first and last time using the app.

This app is awful. You can’t read the size charts very well. There is no filter by size option anymore. You can keep your 15% discount if I can have the old app back!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I ordered three items online for the first time. I’ve always shopped in store and never had an issue, until now. I ordered a pair of maternity joggers on July 4th. Got standard shipping and just now received my order on July 16th. First of all, received NO TRACKING NUMBER!!!!! And when I opened my package, there were NO MATERNITY JOGGERS THAT I PAID FOR! Instead, I received a flimsy, boys toddler beanie! So I called, asked to speak for a manager because the crappy non helping girl (Winona) couldn’t do anything for me. The supervisor I talked to, Michelle, wanted me to go out of my way AND pay for shipping to return a little beanie that I DID NOT pay for nor order. Until I do that, they won’t ship out my IOGGERS THAT I ALREAY PAID FOR until Thursday or Friday. It is Monday today, mind you. I asked to have those joggers sent overnight and she insisted she can’t because they don’t have that option. Really? Because you guys have overnight shipping as an option. I asked to speak to a manager that CAN help me and she said that a “manager” will call me back within 24 hours. Lol ok. Sure. You guys take my money and not give me what I pay for. Great!! I will get this out to everyone to not ever order from you guys ever online. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere and get what I actually paid for!!

This app is super slow and almost barely works. I don’t understand why this app hasn’t been improved upon because the reviews of it are all horrible. Something needs to be fixed soon

Next time don’t fix what wasn’t broken. Everything is so slow... search option didn’t work well. Even checking out had problems. If it wasn’t for brand loyalty I would’ve just given up and not shopped at all. Booooooooooooo

The app tends to close on its own, and sometimes has difficulties loading. Other than that, it’s well organized and easy to use. Overall, I like it. It can just be annoying at times.

I like the interface and use the app regularly. Few things I would suggest: 1. When inputting numbers (like a phone number or birthdate) the keyboard disappears after each section is entered. For example if I was entering a phone number 123-456-7890 it happens like this: “123” *keyboard closes* *open keyboard* “456” *closes* *open again* “7890”. I don't like having to reopen the keyboard, it’s annoying. 2. Search functions are limited. I would like to be able to search by size and fit (like slim fit or regular fit). 3. The likes page is lovely but feels disorganized, wish I could sort it by price or clothing type (like shirts vs pants) or sale items. I would be more likely to buy if I could sort through it better and find what I need when deciding to treat myself instead of scrolling through, wasting time, getting distracted and eventually closing the app because I couldn’t allow myself an impulse buy instead of a necessity buy. All in all it’s a solid app, made a purchase last night during that killer sale and no crashes or freezes. Would recommend to a friend.

I did not get half of my ordered items. Also the delivery was very late. When I contacted the customer service, they didn’t seem helpful. They did not really care. The stuffs I got , one was wrong size and other was wrong color. Also, they did not send any email regarding the order confirmation, status or delivery.

The new app should have spent much more time in development. In my past two orders, items were canceled (I’m assuming stock ran out) that I was really interested in - the whole purpose for placing the orders, really! Have a computerized count, guys! When that estimate runs out, 86 the item until you can reevaluate stock! I am a long-time and loyal customer (might even have an addiction), but I’ll be making a valiant effort NOT to buy from y’all for a while. Also, why in the hell can we not filter by size in the new app?! That’s one of the most important features of online shopping! I don’t want to see a smokin’ hot dress and go to choose it and see it’s only available in XS. I’m trying to filter out temptation (and maybe some of my own body dysmorphia). Please, get it together!

The old app ran smoother was was less confusing to navigate. I also liked how I could see what city and state my ordered packages were. All I get now is “parcel in terminal handling” 10.

It’s so slowwww, I used to use the old one religiously and now I’m out an order in 3 days ago and I still haven’t gotten an email that it’s been processed. I hate the new app, please go back.

The old app was so annoying that if you want to see all the images you’ll have to to tap the image and tap back and tap the next image. Now it’s easier just like how Zara app works. Pls though give as an UNLIMITED numbers or option to save/likes all the items we want to save.

Man, what a terrible app. No search function, buggy, ugly, navigation is awful... I can’t think of a single positive thing to say. Pretty sure it’s only gotten worse. Deleting now. Won’t even use the extra 15% off as advertised for updating to the new app.

Honestly frustrated! I had a bunch of items in my cart for a new revamp wardrobe and I saved them also and when I checked back two days later to buy them they were gone!!! Now I gotta waste my time again and search through the store for these clothes.

The recent update is causing a lot of errors! Loading problems, doesn’t update the bag correctly. I’m nervous to shop thru the app now. Loved it before this last update to the “new” app

This new update is absolutely wack!!! Shipping takes forever and when you finally receive items, you realize the shipped the wrong stuff. It’s addressed to me on the box yet the receipt says another. I only hope refund for original items won’t be a hustle!!!

This new app is slowwwwwwww. From clicking on your bag to adding things to your cart, it makes me lose interest and I’ve actually discontinued shopping because of it. When I was forced to download the “new and improved” version everything I had saved was deleted. The old app at least told you when something is sold out but now it’s just deleted. The merchandise I did manage to order after much frustration took EIGHT days just to get shipped! And one of my items was sold out. Duh! It took you over a week to do your job. And lastly, on your bank account it looks as if the money is withdrawn as soon as you order but it’s not actually taken out until the order is sent. That would be fine if it didn’t take over a week for things to be prepped. I will more than likely delete this app. The H&M stores carry minimal sizes which I why I always prefer the app but this is simply irritating and inconvenient.

So I usually buy my clothes from H&M and I’m always really pleased with the quality. But this app is straight BROKEN. Every time I try to make a purchase using PayPal it just doesn’t work. And 50% of the time I use my card it doesn't work. The app itself is also just really confusing to use. The way they updated it basically made the app complete trash.

This app Touch ID doesn’t even work and I also came across a logging in problem even though I downloaded the app and it promised 15% off my order. Of course bugs occurred after downloading the “new and improved” version of H&M while trying to make use of the 15% off.

I had the old H&M app with something’s in my cart and saved items but now that they made me get the new app all my things are gone and even signing in the website my stuff is gone. I can’t seem to find a way to get all my items back. I saved them so I can buy them later and now I can’t. Please fix.

I like buying clothes for my kids from H&M but when I shop online I always get things cancelled, you guys need to get your inventory straight. Also with the new app it took forever for my order to get from “in process” to shipped ( took 8 days) when I had free shipping😪. Also I did not get an email with my order confirmation nor did I get an email telling me some of the things I ordered are out stock. It’s getting frustrating for me to shop online from here. Probably going to start looking elsewhere 🧐

It’s a shame because I love the app. Easy to buy and that’s why I always get carried away and order a lot. I have 4 Kids and therefore have to order many different sizes and colors. Leaving me with a lot of returns. I had 6 separate returns and when I went to the store to return the items all went through except for one order. The manager didn’t know why and kept getting an error code. He kept trying to put the return through but kept getting an error code. He said to call the 855 number since it was an online order and that they would be able to help me. I called the second I got home and that was a complete waste of time. I spent an hour explaining to grace from the Phillipines what happened and all she was able to do was create a ticket to have a manager call me. That never happened. I Called again 2 days later only to have jaclyn from customer care tell me that a ticket was never even written up by the first customer service agent. Now the whole process has to start again. I do not appreciate having to chase after anyone. Especially for a simple thing like a return. You guys need to fix this method ASAP!

The new app is a bit frustrating in style in how you shop. I use to browse by concepts (divided, H&M man, etc), but now you have to select all items and filter through to have any hope. Not to mention it seems like the online inventory has dropped drastically as well, so there’s not as many interesting items online. I scanned a few things in store to see if they’d pull up, and all said “out of stock” when scanned. I’ve had the app on my phone since I worked for H&M, but it’s done and dead for me!

The new app is incredible slow. I sometimes have to quit waiting for my shopping cart to load. It’s not responsive at times with the app constantly freezing or not registering my touch input and I have to kill for app and start over from what I was doing which is annoying. The app also erases my favourites and my cart. It not only continuously goes blank but it also crashes and the multiple times I’ve tried to check out, it just disappeared or double the quality of each item that was in my care. The previous H&M didn’t have this issue, I hope they can get this fixed because this version is horrible. It needs a new update soon because this is more like a beta than a final version.

It is normal to advertise to use the app version instead of the website. What's horrible is that the app itself is not working at all. Trying to put products to the cart or even just putting it to favorites is not working. So sad that you're putting your team for marketing for your app version when instead put more people behind the app to improve it and at least make use of it.
